Notwithstanding anything to the contrary and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, for everything on this Site (including but not limited to downloadable collateral), all references to “AMAX Information Technologies, Inc.” “AMAX AI” “ACMA Computers, Inc.” or any reference to any other subsidiary or affiliate of AMAX shall be deemed in reference to AMAX.
